There are many years service built into the mechanisms of your screens, Phantom screens are designed to last and last, giving you benefit year after year. We make sure everyone involved has one on one factory training, so only the best will ever fit the units. Further we can, with our digital database and product tracking make sure we know what you have, when it was made, with what parts and by whom. We know it's specification in great detail and can thus offer as part of your purchase an industry leading Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The warranty covers screens fitted by our fitters for the original owner. It is not, however, directly transferable to new home owners. We can arrange for extended warranty in these matters after an inspection - should you be selling your house please write to us for details. Further any screens will not be covered if they are moved to a new address.
The warranty covers the paint finish and mechanical parts of the screen but not the mesh itself, which can of course be easily replaced if accidentally damaged. The warranty for the motors is 5 years and this is backed by the manufacturer also. The warranty means that if in the future you have a problem with your screens your original fitter will be able order replacement parts under your warranty. The warranty covers the cost of parts from us, you will need to discuss with your fitter the labour charge needed to fit.
